Data Warehouse Modules
The modules in the Data Warehouse are divided into three (3) categories:
Members & Prospects
The Attrition Analysis module provides you with an in-depth look at why memberships end and pertinent information about the Members who cancel for each cancellation reason. It uses the membership concept to aggregate data based on a membership ending, not just the particular Agreement. It tracks membership cancellations, expirations, and terminations and reveals commonalities in demographic and membership data.
The Members At Risk module reports Members who are at risk of cancelling their membership based on their weekly usage counts from the past 6 weeks. This module also provides information for new members (members with an active status who have started a new membership in the past 35-days) and regular members (members with an active status who have been a member for the past 35 days).
The Membership Count Analysis module breaks down why Membership Counts change during any given period. This module also tracks Membership trends and compares them to Attrition/Retention rates for each facility. The reporting also accounts for each cancellation and rewrite to give you a detailed analysis of how membership counts changed during the selected month.
The Membership Interactive Analysis module gives the ability to create your own report and charts driven by Membership data from a specific week.
This module represents a mid-way point between a defined report and an ad-hoc report among the Data Warehouse modules. This report uses a Logi© back end with and interactive Analysis Grid.
The Membership Sales Flash Analysis displays Membership Sale counts and initial revenue that occurred on a specific day, and then displays the counts and the revenue that has been recorded so far for that week, month, quarter, and year. The module compares membership sales and initial revenue to company goals, whether they are set on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, or by business unit or sales person.
The Agreement Item Revenue module reports agreement revenue over a period of time that you can define. Only agreement revenue is recognized on this module, for both PIF items and scheduled billing. This module uses the Accrual Basis accounting method ONLY, which accounts for when invoices are created, not when payments are collected. You can filter the report to look only at revenue for Agreements sold during a specified date range or to look at revenue for any Agreement that generates revenue.
The Agreement Revenue Interactive Analysis module gives the ability to analyze a breakdown of revenue, units, and customers within many categories.
This module represents a mid-way point between a defined report and an ad-hoc report among the Data Warehouse modules. The report uses a Logi© back end with an interactive Analysis Grid.
The power of the grid is in the ease with which parameters can be toggled on the X or Y axis in realtime to build views that interest a particular group. Once a view is achieved, you can also leverage the drill-downs into particular data points.
The Monthly Revenue module provides an analysis of the revenue generated and units sold each month, pre-aggregated by item categories e.g. access, personal training, childcare, etc. All revenue is recognized on this module (agreement and non-agreement. The aggregation uses the Accrual Basis accounting method, which accounts for revenues that have been recognized but may not yet been actualized. The module has added functionality to show details under each Item Category for each invoiced item. This module can be displayed by location as a whole, or broken down by sales person.
The Top Spenders Module displays the revenue recorded for the top 100 purchasers during a selected date range and ranks each purchaser by total revenue amount. The module also compares the selected period rank with the purchaser’s rank from the previous period. Multiple filters are available in this module so you can analyze your top spenders in various categories and stages of their membership.
The Check-In Interactive Analysis module gives you the ability to analyze a breakdown of facility usage within multiple categories. This module represents a mid-way point between a defined report and an ad-hoc report among the Data Warehouse modules.
This report uses a Logi© back end with an interactive Analysis Grid. The power of the Grid is in the ease with which parameters can be toggled on the X or Y axis in realtime to build views that interest a particular group. Once a view is achieved, the User can also leverage the drill-downs into particular data points.
