Overview

The Account Info page is where all of a member's personal information is stored. The page is divided into three (3) sections:

  1. Member Information
  2. Personal Information
  3. Emergency Contact

A member can ONLY edit their Personal Information and Emergency Contact. Member Information can only be adjusted by an authorized representative at each facility. Also, a member CAN NOT change their name online e.g. should a member get married and need to change their last name. This is to prevent any unauthorized member transferring. This must also be done in person with a representative at their home facility.

When a member enters information into the system, the only required data are:

  1. Address, City, State and Zip Code
  2. Email and Phone Number
  3. Gender
  4. Date of Birth
  5. Emergency Contact Name, Phone Number, and Relationship

NOTE: Some of the fields and labeling within Conexion (CX) and eClub are slightly different so depending on the system, they may or may not be available.

How to Configure Account Information

The editing process for this page is very detailed due to the necessity and the amount of the information required.<p/> To Edit the Account Information Page:

  1. Go to the Edit "Account Info" page.
  2. Enter a title in the Title text box.
  3. Enter a Help Tip in the appropriate text box.
  4. Enter the detailed text for the help tip in the Help Tip Detail text box.
  5. Enter a label for the facility field in the Facility Field Label text box. The name of the facility displays in this text box on the user interface.
  6. Enter a label for the sales representative field in the Sales Rep Label text box. The name of the representative who sold the membership will display on the user interface (eClub ONLY).
  7. Enter a label for the second address line in the Address2Label Label text box. Typically the suite or apartment number of the member will display in the Personal Information section of the user interface.

  8. Enter a label for the referred by field in the Referred By Label text box. The representative at the facility who sold the membership will display in this field on the user interface (eClub ONLY).
  9. Enter labels for the Contract and Member ID fields in their respective text boxes. These two identification numbers are often the same, can not be edited, display in the Member Information section of the user interface.
  10. Enter a label for the membership type field in the Membership Type Label text box. The type of membership will display in the Member Information section of the user interface.
  11. Enter a label for the last visit date field in the Last Visit Date Label text box. This will display the date of that member's last visit to the facility in the Member Information section of the user interface.
  12. Enter a label for the obligation date in the Obligation Date Label text box. The member's actual membership date displays in the Member Information section of the user interface.
  13. Enter labels for the first and last name fields in their respective text boxes. These will display on one line on the user interface.
  14. Enter a label for the first address line in the Address1Label Label text box. This displays the street address on the user interface.
  15. Enter a label for the gender drop-down list in the Gender Label text box.
  16. Enter labels for the city, state (drop-down list), and zip code fields in their respective text boxes. Entering Postal/Zip Code is also a viable option for the zip code field.

  17. Enter a label for the email field in the Email Field Label text box. The member's primary email address will display on the user interface.
  18. Enter labels for the phone number and phone number extension fields in their respective text boxes. These will also display on one line on the user interface.
  19. Enter the label for the date of birth drop-down list in the Date Of Birth Field Label text box.
  20. Enter the label for the name of the emergency contact in the Emergency Contact Name Field Label text box. This does not distinguish first and last names and will display that person's name as entered on the user interface.
  21. Enter labels for the emergency contact phone number, phone number extension, and relationship fields in their respective text boxes.

  22. Enter the label for the middle initial field in the Middle Initial Field Label text box. If a value is entered, it will display with the member's name.
  23. Enter a label for the occupation field in the Occupation Field Label text box.
  24. Enter a label for the employer field in the Employer Field Label text box.
  25. Enter labels for the alternate phone number and phone number extension fields in their respective text boxes. These will display the actual phone number and extension IF they are enabled (see below).
  26. Enter a label for the next date billing date field in the Next Billing Date Label text box. This displays the next billing date in the Member Information section of the user interface.
  27. Enter a label for the current balance field in the Current Balance Label text box. This displays the dollar amount of member's current balance in the Member Information section of the user interface.
  28. Enter a label for the verify email field in the Verify Email Label text box. This displays the member's email on the interface. To activate this feature and to receive a verification email, select the Verify Email check box.
  29. Enter a label for the alternate phone number field in the Alt Phone Label text box. To activate and display the actual number, select the Show Alt Phone check box.
  30. Enter a label for the membership status field in the Membership Status Label text box. This displays the current membership status in the Member Information section of the user interface.
  31. Click Save and publish.

The image below maps where the information from all of the fields in the Edit "Account Info" page display on the actual website user interface. However, ONLY fields that are labeled DIFFERENTLY from their field label name on the Edit "Account Info" are noted on this map. The fields on the actual Edit page are labeled the same as the main Account Info page.
