Access Types




The Access Types is where you configure and define the access points in your Business Unit. The Access Types you add here:

Configuring Access Types

To Add an Access Type:

  1. From the Launch Pad, click the System Configuration icon in the left navigation panel.
  2. In the Inventory, Activities & Related Settings section, select Access Types.
  3. Click the Add button.
  4. Enter the Access Type in the Name text box e.g. VIP Lounge, Tennis, Pool, etc (Check-In is the default type).
  5. Enter a description of the Access Type in the Description text box. The Update button will activate.
  6. If you would like to add the Access Type but not have it active, select the Inactive check box.
  7. Click the Update button.
